Skate-Tec M-Wave
Higher cups, M-forks, and the control modern corner speeds demand.
Cups are an optional add-on. +0 is standard. Also available: +2 and +4.
The M-Wave is Skate-Tec’s most-used blade. Raised cups keep the boot off the ice when you lean harder. M-shaped forks spread load along the tube so stiffness stays even from tip to tail.
Flex vs Firm
- Flex — thinner near the blade, more dynamic bend. Default cup height about +3 mm versus a common Nagano-style baseline. Typical for lighter or more mobile skaters.
- Firm — more material at the base, holds bend under higher force. Default about +5 mm. Typical for heavier or high-pressure skaters.
Who this is for
- Club through elite short track — Need stable high-speed corners.
