Limited Warranty

shorttrackequipment.com warrants that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase by the original customer.

For the Pro-Sharpening Frame, this Limited Warranty is extended to two (2) years from the date of retail purchase by the original customer.

If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product at no charge.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Size and fit issues
Misuse, improper service, maintenance, transportation, or storage
Use with incompatible, improper, or faulty equipment (including third-party blades or mountings)
Heat molding
Neglect, abuse, or impact damage (including contact with skates, blades, falls, or curbing)
Normal wear and tear
Modifications or alterations
Cosmetic changes, including decals and artwork

Specific Product Notes

ShinArmor Shin Guards: Dings, scratches, and cracks that occur during normal use are not covered.
Pro-Sharpening Frame: Coverage applies only to non-commercial, non-industrial use. Abrasive wheels and components are not covered. Damage to boots or blades used with the frame is excluded.

Important Terms

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from shorttrackequipment.com or an authorized retailer.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. The customer is responsible for all inbound shipping costs, insurance, and transportation charges.

Repair or replacement under this Limited Warranty is the exclusive remedy available to you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, shorttrackequipment.com disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. The warranty period will not be extended due to repair or replacement.
