Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

We typically process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking link in your order confirmation email.

Shipping to the United States
Orders to the US ship in 5–8 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Taxes
Prices shown for customers in the EU include Dutch VAT (21%).
Prices shown for customers outside the EU do not include taxes. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected upon delivery.

Returns
We do not accept returns on orders shipped outside the European Union. All sales are final.
