**Shipping Policy**

All orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

We typically process and ship orders twice per week. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

You will receive a tracking link in your order confirmation email. Our carriers provide reliable tracking.

**Taxes & Duties**  
Prices displayed include Dutch VAT (21%). There are no additional import duties or customs formalities for customers inside the EU.

For customers outside the EU: Your country’s applicable import taxes, duties, and customs fees will be charged upon receipt of your order. These costs are not included in the displayed prices. If you choose not to pay the import taxes and duties or reject the package, we will not refund the order. In case of return due to refusal to pay taxes and duties, all shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
