Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
How soon will my order ship?
We typically process and ship orders twice per week. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Are taxes and duties included in the prices?
Prices displayed include Dutch VAT (21%).
European Union Customers: Since all shipments originate from the Netherlands, the displayed prices already include Dutch VAT. There are no additional import duties or customs formalities for EU customers.
International Customers (Outside EU): Your country’s applicable import taxes, duties, and customs fees will be charged upon receipt of your order. These costs are not included in the displayed prices.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any import taxes and duties charged upon arrival and to handle all aspects of importation. We do not assist with tax and duty payment or with coordinating with the customs department in the destination country.
If a customer chooses not to pay the import taxes and duties or rejects the package, we will not refund the order. In case of return due to refusal to pay taxes and duties, all shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

- Have not been heat molded
- Have not had blades attached
- Are in their original packaging
- Show no signs of wear or cosmetic damage
My new boots feel really tight. Are you sure I have the correct size?
A snug and tight fit is completely normal with our performance boots. They are designed to compress the foot slightly for maximum power transfer and control.
How do I heat mold my boots?
We strongly do not recommend heat molding your boots at home. Heat molding softens the carbon fiber, which significantly reduces the lifespan of the boot. Heat molding should only be performed by qualified professionals. Customer heat-molded boots are not eligible for return or warranty.
