All orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

We typically process and ship orders within 2–3 business days.

Our carriers provide reliable tracking. You will receive a tracking link in your order confirmation email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Provide an accurate and secure delivery address
• Track the order
• Arrange for delivery acceptance
• Be available to receive the package if required

If an order is returned to sender, we will deduct return shipping costs and refund the balance. A new order will be required if you still wish to receive the item.

EU customers: Prices include Dutch VAT (21%).

International customers (including US): Prices shown do not include taxes. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility and collected on delivery.

We do not assist with tax/duty payment.

We do not accept returns on orders shipped outside the European Union. All sales are final.

EU customers: You have a legal 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your purchase for any reason, starting the day after you receive the item. Returns are only accepted if the boots meet all of the following conditions:

• Completely unused
• Have not been heat molded
• Have not had blades attached
• Are in their original packaging
• Show no signs of wear or cosmetic damage

The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping. We will only refund the original purchase price and standard shipping cost — not the return shipping.

A snug and tight fit is completely normal with our performance boots. They are designed to compress the foot slightly for maximum power transfer and control.

We strongly do not recommend heat molding your boots at home. Heat molding softens the carbon fiber, which significantly reduces the lifespan of the boot. Heat molding should only be performed by qualified professionals. Customer heat-molded boots are not eligible for return or warranty.
