Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping from the Netherlands
All orders ship from the Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We typically process and ship orders twice per week. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.
Import Taxes and Duties
Prices displayed include Dutch VAT (21%) for EU customers.
European Union Customers
Since all shipments originate from the Netherlands, the displayed prices already include Dutch VAT. There are no additional import duties or customs formalities for EU customers.
International Customers (Outside EU)
Prices shown do not include taxes. Your country’s applicable import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility and collected on delivery.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any import taxes and duties. shorttrackequipment.com does not assist with tax/duty payment.
If a customer chooses not to pay the import taxes and duties or rejects the package, shorttrackequipment.com will not refund the order.
Returns & Cooling-off Policy
We do not accept returns on orders shipped outside the European Union. All sales are final.
EU customers have a legal 14-day cooling-off period to cancel their purchase for any reason, starting the day after delivery. Returns are only accepted if the boots meet all of the following conditions:
- Completely unused
- Not heat-molded
- No blades attached or mounted
- In original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories
- No signs of wear or cosmetic damage
The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping. We refund only the original purchase price and standard shipping cost — not return shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email. Please print the confirmation email and place it inside the return package with your items. This helps us match and process your return quickly.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
Tracking and Delivery
Our carriers provide reliable tracking. You will receive a tracking link in your order confirmation email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Provide an accurate and secure delivery address
- Track the order
- Arrange for delivery acceptance
- Be available to receive the package if required
If an order is returned to sender, we will deduct return shipping costs and refund the balance. A new order will be required if you still wish to receive the item.
