**Terms of Service – Shorttrack Equipment**

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through shorttrack-equipment.myshopify.com. Our company details: Shorttrack Equipment, Jelmersmeer 2, 8448 RR Heerenveen, The Netherlands. KVK: 60387009. BTW: NL002446709B50.

**Orders and Prices**  
All prices include Dutch VAT (21%). Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We typically process orders twice per week, with a processing time of 2–3 business days.

**Shipping and Delivery**  
You will receive a tracking link with your order confirmation. It is your responsibility to provide a correct delivery address, track your parcel, and ensure someone is available to receive it. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, the return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

**Cooling-off Period and Returns**  
You have a legal 14-day cooling-off period starting the day after you receive your order. To cancel, you must notify us within these 14 days.

Returns are only accepted when all of the following conditions are met: the boots must be completely unused, not heat molded, have no blades attached, remain in their original packaging, and show no signs of wear or damage. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will refund the original purchase price and the standard shipping cost after we have received the items back in acceptable condition.

**Limited Warranty**  
Under Dutch consumer law, you are entitled to a product that is free from defects and performs as can reasonably be expected. Because these are high-performance short track boots designed for intensive use, normal wear and tear is not covered. Boots that have been heat molded by the customer are not eligible for return or warranty, as heat molding can damage the carbon fiber and significantly reduce the lifespan of the boot.

**International Orders (Outside EU)**  
Customers outside the European Union are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and customs fees. These costs are not included in the displayed price. We do not assist with customs procedures. If you refuse to pay these fees or reject the package, no refund will be issued. In such cases, any return shipping costs will also be deducted.

**Applicable Law**  
These terms are governed by Dutch law. In case of disputes, the court in our region has jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
