Refund policy

Shipping from the Netherlands

All orders ship from the Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We typically process and ship orders twice per week. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Import Taxes and Duties

Prices displayed include Dutch VAT (21%).

European Union Customers

Since all shipments originate from the Netherlands, the displayed prices already include Dutch VAT. There are no additional import duties or customs formalities for EU customers.

International Customers (Outside EU)

Your country’s applicable import taxes, duties, and customs fees will be charged upon receipt of your order. These costs are not included in the displayed prices.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any import taxes and duties charged upon arrival and to handle all aspects of importation. shorttrackequipment.com does not assist with tax and duty payment or with coordinating with the customs department in the destination country.

If a customer chooses not to pay the import taxes and duties or rejects the package, shorttrackequipment.com will not refund the order. In case of return due to refusal to pay taxes and duties, all shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.

Returns & Cooling-off Policy

You have a legal 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your purchase for any reason, starting the day after you receive the item. You must notify us within these 14 days to exercise this right.

Returns are only accepted if the boots meet all of the following conditions:

  • Completely unused
  • Have not been heat molded
  • Have not had blades attached
  • Are in their original packaging
  • Show no signs of wear or cosmetic damage

The customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping. We will only refund the original purchase price and standard shipping cost — not the return shipping.

Tracking and Delivery

Our carriers provide reliable tracking. You will receive a tracking link in your order confirmation email.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide an accurate and secure delivery address
  • Track the order
  • Arrange for delivery acceptance
  • Be available to receive the package if required

If an order is returned to sender, we will deduct return shipping costs and refund the balance. A new order will be required if you still wish to receive the item.
