Shipping from the Netherlands

All orders ship from the Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We typically process and ship orders within 2–3 business days.

Import Taxes and Duties

Prices displayed for European Union customers include Dutch VAT (21%).
Prices shown for customers outside the EU do not include taxes.

European Union Customers
Since all shipments originate from the Netherlands, the displayed prices already include Dutch VAT. There are no additional import duties for EU customers.

International Customers (Outside EU)
Any applicable import taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and will be collected upon delivery. shorttrackequipment.com does not assist with tax and duty payment.

If a customer refuses to pay the import taxes or rejects the package, we will not issue a refund.

Returns
We do not accept returns on orders shipped outside the European Union. All sales are final.

Tracking and Delivery

You will receive a tracking link in your order confirmation email. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and be available to receive the package.
