Nagano Frank’s Signature Diamond Replacement Sheet

Spare part for Frank’s Signature sharpening plates. Peel the worn sheet off the aluminium bar, clean the old adhesive, stick the new sheet on.

The sheet already has an adhesive backing. Pull the protective paper and press it onto a clean, dry plate.

How to change the sheet:

1. Lift a corner with an X-Acto blade between the diamond sheet and the plate. Wear cut-proof gloves.
2. Peel the old sheet off with a medium scraper.
3. Remove leftover glue (Goo Gone or similar adhesive remover).
4. Dry the plate completely.
5. Fit the new sheet.

Higher number = finer grit.
Black 140 = coarsest. Gold 1200 = finest / polish.
