The Skate-Tec Corner Belt is a simple, sturdy training strap for working on your corners off the ice. A partner or anchor holds the belt while you lean into it, letting you rehearse the body position of a Short Track corner — and build the muscles that hold it.
Use it for crossover steps, angled single-leg squats and corner-position holds in warm-ups, club dryland sessions or at home.
Tip: keep the belt low around the hips and lean from the ankles, matching the angle you want on the ice.
