Sizing

Measure shin length in centimeters. Factor in how far your knee pads come down and how high your boot tongue sits in the skating position.

Small — Height @ 21 cm
Medium — Height @ 24 cm
Large — Height @ 27 cm

Molding — Preparation

Best molded on a hairless shin — the cutout form can feel sticky while warm.
Use a flat pan that fits the full ShinArmor cutout so it lays flat on the bottom.
Heat tap water to just below boiling (a hot-water cooker works well) and fill the pan.
Submerge one cutout at a time.
Allow 20–30 seconds until soft and drapable.
Lift out with a spatula or tongs. Wait ~10 seconds to cool slightly, then get into molding position.

Molding — On the shin

Sit upright in a chair next to a table.
Set your toes on the table edge with the heel hanging unsupported — similar to skating posture.
Lay the slightly cooled cutout on your unclothed shin.
Lightly massage into place. Do not pull the edges or you will distort the contour.
Let it cool fully before removing. Cold water can finish the set once rigid.
Check the fit and remold if needed.
