Taxes & Duties
International / Non-EU Customers:
You are the importer of record. You are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges levied by the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout and must be paid by you upon delivery (or in advance if required by the carrier).
We do not collect, calculate, or assist with foreign customs charges. Refusal to pay duties or taxes may result in the package being returned, abandoned, or destroyed — at your full expense.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (email is sufficient). You then have another 14 days to return the goods.
We will reimburse all payments received from you (including the costs of standard delivery) within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal (or after receiving the goods / proof of return). You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Your liability for diminished value:
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Trying the product on is allowed. Skating in the boots, heat-molding, mounting blades, damaging the product, or returning it dirty/used is not. In such cases we are entitled to deduct the diminished value from the refund. Significant damage or complete loss of resale value may result in a substantially reduced refund or no refund for the affected portion.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made, made-to-order, clearly personalized products, or products that have been heat-molded or modified at the customer’s request.
International / Non-EU Orders
All sales to customers outside the European Union are final.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for change of mind, sizing issues, or any other reason (except where the product is defective or we made a shipping error).
International customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges associated with both the original shipment and any return (if we exceptionally authorize one).
If a return is authorized, the package must be clearly marked on the shipping label and all documents as “Return of Goods – Not a Sale”. Any customs charges, duties, taxes, or fees that we incur as a result of the return will be deducted from any refund.
Refused Packages, Undeliverable Shipments & Tariffs
If a package is refused by the recipient, returned by customs, held due to unpaid duties/taxes, or becomes undeliverable for any reason (including incorrect address provided by the customer), the following applies:
- The customer remains responsible for all original shipping costs, return shipping costs, storage fees, duties, taxes, and any related charges.
- We are under no obligation to refund the product price if the package is refused or returned due to the customer’s failure to pay duties/taxes or provide accurate delivery information.
- Any costs we incur may be deducted from any amount that might otherwise be refundable.
General Return Conditions (EU Only)
Even when the 14-day right of withdrawal applies, products must be returned:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories
- Without having been heat-molded, modified, or having blades mounted
- Without signs of skating, outdoor use, or damage
Unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
