Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands (EU). We typically process and ship orders within 2–3 business days.

What about taxes, VAT and customs duties?

EU customers: Prices include Dutch VAT (21%). There are no additional import duties for deliveries within the European Union.

International / Non-EU customers: You are the importer of record. Any import duties, taxes, customs fees or brokerage charges are your responsibility and are collected by the carrier or local customs upon delivery. These costs are not included in the price shown at checkout. We do not collect or assist with foreign customs payments.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is sent in your order confirmation email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. Please track the shipment and ensure someone is available to receive it.

What is your return policy for EU customers?

EU consumers have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal starting the day after you receive the goods. You can cancel for any reason.

If the product has been used beyond normal inspection (skated in, heat-molded, blades attached, damaged, etc.), we are entitled to deduct the diminished value from the refund.

Can international (non-EU) customers return items?

International customers remain responsible for all duties, taxes and return costs if a package is refused or returned by customs.

What happens if I refuse the package or don’t pay duties?

If a package is refused, returned by customs, or becomes undeliverable because duties/taxes were not paid or the address was incorrect, you remain responsible for all original and return shipping costs, storage fees and any related charges. In most cases no refund of the product price will be issued.

My new boots feel tight – is that normal?

Yes. CBC boots are designed to fit snugly and slightly compress the foot for maximum power transfer and control. A firm initial fit is intentional and expected.

Should I heat mold my boots?

We strongly advise against heat molding at home. Improper heat molding can soften the carbon structure and permanently reduce the lifespan and performance of the boot.

Heat molding should only be performed by qualified professionals when absolutely necessary. Any heat-molded boots are automatically excluded from returns and warranty coverage.

What does the warranty cover?

Most products carry a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The Pro-Sharpening Frame is covered for 2 years.

The warranty does not cover size/fit issues, misuse, heat molding, normal wear and tear, impact damage, or cosmetic changes. Full details are on our Limited Warranty page.
